Administrative Support Position
This position is a part-time, staff, twelve month, hourly position. Hours will vary by the week and there is flexibility regarding time and in-person or remote work. Some projects may be completed remotely, and others will require an in-person presence.
Reporting to the Academic Deans, the primary responsibility of this position is to support the Academic Office. The successful candidate needs to be a quick study with database usage, detail oriented, organized, and flexible.
Responsibilities will include:
· Maintaining student files
· Maintaining academic records
· Ordering office supplies
· Processing and sending out grades and comments
· Coordinating the Honor Roll at the end of each term
· Collecting book orders
· Collecting course selection information
· Coordinating Underclass Prize Day
