International Students

This International Student Information form pertains to all students whose families reside outside of the United States, including US citizens and/or all students, who do not have US citizenship, whose families reside in the United States.
Items to Email Admissions
Please email the following:
• Your completed International Student Information Form
• A photocopy of the page of your passport with your photograph and passport number [first page & Visa page]

How to Obtain your Student Visa
The below instructions must be used as a guide to obtain the proper Visa for attendance at Suffield Academy and will allow you to obtain the appropriate Visa. Please bring these four items items to the United States embassy in your country:

• Student’s letter of acceptance from Suffield Academy
• An enrollment contract
• The SEVIS Form I-20 issued by Suffield Academy
• SEVIS I-901 fee
Remember that if you have entered the United States with a tourist visa, you must return to your home country to obtain the correct student visa. Proper documentation which will prove that you can finance a Suffield education and all related expenses. The above procedures are very important to complete. United States laws and regulations in regards to immigration are quite severe.

I-20 Form
Please note the following:
• Do not use the Global Entry kiosk when arriving in the US
• Students must enter with original I-20
• Students are to present the I-20 at primary inspection
