5-time New England Champions (1983, 1985, 1988, 1989, 2005)
Team Philosophy
Suffield Academy’s boys’ soccer program has a proud past and a promising future. We take a great deal of pride in how well we play, but we also stress good sportsmanship and positive team spirit. Suffield fields four competitive boys’ soccer teams, ranging from a Tiger B team for beginning players to the varsity boys' team. At each level, players develop both their skills and character.

Team History
Suffield has been a perennially strong team in the Western New England Prep School Soccer Association (WNEPSSA), a league of over fifty schools, winning five New England Championships. As a founding member of WNEPSSA we play against league members such as Choate Rosemary Hall, Loomis Chaffee, Hotchkiss, Taft, and Northfield Mount Hermon. Recent graduates of Suffield are now playing soccer at several NCAA programs.

Season Outlook
The goal of the boys’ varsity soccer team this year is to grow together as a unit, getting better every day. After graduating 17 seniors at the end of the 2020-2021 academic year, the team is relatively young, comprised of primarily freshmen and sophomores, and they look forward to working hard and cultivating themselves into strong players.
