The Suffield Academy boys’ lacrosse team aims to continue its production of well-rounded student-athletes in the classroom, on the field, and in life. The values of hard work, dedication, and communication embody every Tiger that plays at Suffield Academy. Our family welcomes all who look to challenge themselves to become the best versions of themselves.

Team History
The Suffield Academy lacrosse team has a rich tradition and an exciting present. The team enjoyed almost immediate ascendancy following its founding in 1969, including division titles in ’72 and ’73. League championships followed in ’96, ’97, and ’02, and, most recently, 2018. Suffield aims to maintain its position of prominence in western New England lacrosse while continuing to produce high-quality young men and lacrosse players. Recent Tiger alumni have gone on to play at Bucknell, Gettysburg, Ithaca, Manhattanville, Oberlin, Providence, Richmond, RIT, Rutgers, Skidmore, Trinity, and Utah, among other schools.

Season Outlook
This year's Tigers start out with many new faces and exciting expectations. As we look to add on to our school's tradition of athletic excellence, this year's team is anchored by a group of seniors carrying our academy’s traditions of hard work and family with them. Each game looks to be highly competitive and the challenge to be at the top of our division is one the Tigers look forward to!
