Color Wars
On Saturday October 22, Suffield’s annual Color Wars event took place on Bell Hill. Sales from T-shirts and colored powder for this unique, colorful event support the 2022 student-selected charity, Help Hope Live. Presented by Kira McCreesh ’23, Help Hope Live [Adrian's Fight Against SMA] supports Adrian’s journey with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (Type 2), which first began for him in March 2017. Funds raised for his cause help pay for treatments, medications, and therapies that are not covered by insurance.
Kira said, “Color Wars was a huge success. Adrian, his parents, and his little brother all enjoyed watching and participating in our school event. Adrian was covered in color, with a huge smile on his face!”
