The culminating event of Suffield’s orientation weekend—the annual Tiger Games—kicked off the 2024-2025 academic year. In their new roles as student body president and vice-president, Guru Anand ’25 and Kyryl Popov ’25 led the event as emcees in Tisch Field House. Students in all grades participated in a variety of class versus class competitions with the faculty cheering them on. New and returning students represented their classes on center court in a dizzy bat relay, sack race, hula hoop pass, pencil grab, three-legged race, and more.
A thrilling game of basketball knockout concluded the events and the Class of 2025 was victorious for their enthusiasm and pride in Suffield. Tiger Games set the stage for many more spirited campus events as the fall term unfolds.
