Tigers in the 2022 USA Water Polo Jr. Olympics
The 2022 USA Water Polo Junior Olympics were held in the San Jose/Palo Alto area from July 16 to 19. Suffield polo players Ben Bryan ’23 and Theo Bass ’22 participated on the CT Premier team. Following a four-day training trip they played ten games in the Junior Olympics. While the team had some early wins and losses, they went on a winning streak to make it into the final four. After a one-point loss in the semifinal game they won their last game and earned the bronze medal in the Gold Division. Theo said, “The tournament gave me an experience playing at a very high level of water polo and it was exciting to have the event broadcasted live.”
