Be More Chill

The Suffield Academy performing arts department lit up the stage in the Jeanice Seaverns Performing Arts Center with an electrifying production of Be More Chill. The musical tells the story of high schooler Jeremy Heere, who takes a mysterious supercomputer pill called the SQUIP to navigate popularity, friendships, and romance—only to learn that fitting in at any cost can come with unexpected consequences. In the end, Jeremy discovers that being true to yourself might be the greatest upgrade of all.

The talented cast and crew brought heart, humor, and high energy to each performance. Accompanied by a live pit orchestra, their performances created an unforgettable experience for the audience. Congratulations to all of the students, faculty, and staff who made this production a spectacular success.
