The Suffield Academy Parents’ Association began the year with a spirited gathering at Willow View Farm in Suffield hosted by Julie and Chip Harrison P’29. Parents enjoyed the beautiful setting, drinks and hors d’oeuvres, and the opportunity to pick their own bouquets from the gardens.
“We had a great turnout for the first event of the year,” shared Director of Development Operations Adam Pistel ’08. “A special thank you to the Harrison family for hosting. The weather was perfect, parents socialized, and everyone went home with a lovely bouquet of hand-picked flowers.”
The Parents’ Association is dedicated to enhancing students’ experiences and furthering the school’s Core Four Values: kindness, respect, effort, and leadership. Additional gatherings and volunteer opportunities will unfold throughout the year.
