Michael Simmons ’13 Guitar Show

Performers hit the stage for the Michael Simmons ’13 Guitar Show on April 13. The guitar show is named in memory of Michael who shined on stage during his years at Suffield. Students and faculty members performed music by Harry Styles, Nirvana, Coldplay, the Foo Fighters, and many other artists on the Jeanice Seaverns Performing Arts Center stage.  

Instrumental Music Director Demitri Papadopoulos shared “Completing my first Suffield guitar show as the new instrumental music teacher was so rewarding. I’ve enjoyed working with many students over the past several months and witnessing the process of creating the final product—the show! It was truly inspiring seeing so many students and faculty come together to perform on stage.”
