Season of Senior Art Shows

Each year the Visual Arts Departments highlights the work of senior artists with an opportunity to showcase their art through a gallery exhibition.

Chair of the Visual Arts Department Jenny Graham shared “Each show is completely designed and curated by the students. They are encouraged to promote their exhibitions and have a reception during their two-week time slot.” The Class of 2024 artist series began with Tom Berentes, Paymana, Max Guigliano, Svetlana Shorina, Max Massoni, and Max Sena-Goldschmidt. 

Ceramics teacher Erica Caginalp shared “Seeing the final pieces outside of the studio and on clean white pedestals in the gallery gives our community a different way of viewing the artists’ work. Often this exhibition experience influences future work for these artists.”

The art shows will continue throughout the spring term in the Lee Roberts ’74 Gallery.
