Max Santopietro '21 Shines on Stage

Kimberly Akimbo—winner of five Tony Awards including Best Musical—is now captivating audiences across the country on its national tour, and Suffield Academy is proud to share that Max Santopietro ’21 has joined the cast. Max will make his debut in the production later this month, and the Suffield community is excited to follow his his success on tour.

During his time at Suffield, Max was a standout in the performing arts program, taking on roles in Pippin, Legally Blonde, Billy Elliott, Clue, Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, Hairspray, and Clybourne Park. Director of Performing Arts Tom Dugan shared “I am beyond excited for Max and so proud of his accomplishments. While at Suffield he was dedicated to the performing arts and loved tackling all sorts of characters. I can't wait to see him in this incredible show—especially in the famous ice skating scene because Max learned to roller skate for the Billy Elliot production while at Suffield!”
