What is your favorite book?
A Child Called It by Dave Pelzer

Which of your roles at Suffield Academy do you relish the most?
Coaching volleyball at Suffield has been a joy. Being able to share what I have learned throughout my years of playing has endless benefits for both the girls and I. I have learned a lot from the girls and look forward to coaching next year!

What is something you believe one can never over-invest in?
Self-love. Everyone defines self-love in their own way. It can be working out, traveling, going to the salon, etc. Each individual has the power to love and support themselves. You can never over-invest in yourself.

What is/are your prized possession(s)?
My dog and my digital camera.

Where were you born?
Boston

What do you love about where you are from?
The diversity. Living right outside of Boston, in Chelsea, Massachusetts, there were many different cultures present. You learned a lot about different backgrounds, religions, and cultures. There are many benefits to growing up in a city where there are different views, morals, foods, and people. I wouldn’t have traded that for anything.

What is your favorite song of all time?
“Listen” by Beyoncé

What is your favorite food?
Macaroni and cheese, just as long as it is not out of the box haha.

What has been the most interesting thing you have learned from a student?
A student taught me about the most interesting sport I’ve ever heard of: underwater rugby.
