Seniors - May 1 Deposit Date:
Monday, May 1, is the National Candidates Reply Date. This is the deadline for formally notifying
the college you will be attending that you accept its offer of admission by submitting your deposit.
Once you make your decision, it is considerate to let other colleges to which you have been accepted
know that you will not enroll. That way the college can plan to offer your spot to someone else. Many
of you have made this decision and have deposited already. But for those of you who have not, you
have some time to decide. If you need help thinking through your options, please stop in to see your
college counselor.
