Laptops and Registration

The Suffield Academy technology department asks that all students (new and returning) bring their laptops with them to registration next week. You do not need to bring the box, manuals, cords, or other accessories to registration.

At registration we will confirm that your computer is correctly set up and all software updates have been run. If not, we will help you complete the process so your computer is all set for the start of school.

If our records show that your laptop has not been registered or is not up to date you will have received a message from us in your school account this week. If you received one of these emails we strongly recommend that you follow the instructions contained in the messages before coming to registration. Running software updates can take a significant amount of time and will delay you from getting through registration; it is best to take care of as much as possible before arriving on campus.
