Parents’ Association Auction
Suffield Academy looks forward to welcoming families to campus for Spring Parents’ Weekend [April 21-22, 2023]. A highlight of the weekend is the annual Parents’ Association Auction which will be held on Friday evening, April 21. This is a great opportunity to meet and socialize with parents and faculty members while enjoying a fun night supporting our school. The event includes a silent auction followed by a live auction during dinner where the winner of the 2023 Ford Bronco raffle will be drawn.
Last year’s auction raised over $380,000. The proceeds helped support the people and programs of Suffield Academy as well as the tuition of a student from Ukraine. Our continued success relies on parent participation. The following are some of the ways you can contribute to this event:
Donate an item
Help set up items on the day of the auction
Bid for auction items when posted
Attend the auction & purchase an item
Below is a list of suggested donations, instructions on how to donate, a volunteer form, and raffle entry submission form. Parent volunteers will be calling you soon to encourage your participation. We hope you will join us in making the 23rd Annual Parents’ Association Auction a fun and successful evening.
